 elow you will find a list of the necessary documents that need to be submitted to perform the ceremony on the island:
- A full abridged birth certificate of both parties – these documents should be provided with an Apostille Stamp.
- Unmarried persons must present a declaration of marital status not older than 3 months, with an Apostille Stamp.
- If divorced, a divorce certificate or a notarized copy of final judgment decree with an Apostille Stamp.
- If widow(er), a death certificate with an Apostille Stamp.
- Persons must be 18 years or older.
- Address of both parties.
- Names and maiden name of mother.
- Date and place of birth of both Parents.
- Professions of bride and groom and of parents.
- Six witnesses (will provide if necessary).
- Copies of valid picture IDs.
An “Apostille Stamp” can be obtained at the Secretary of States office of the various states.
